RSTC in conjunction with University of Cape Coast(UCC) (Faculty of Geography and Regional Planning) is bringing on the 4th Fleet Management Seminar.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
Review existing strategies to empower fleet managers to become agents of change in their organizations to move the rest of their teams towards delivering quality customer service, and to inculcate absolute road safety rules for operational efficiency.
TARGET GROUP:
Fleet Owners and Managers, Transport Managers, Administrators and Officers, Financial Directors, Chief Drivers and all persons who are managing vehicles
